COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES AT MERMAID SEASIDE HOTEL.

Mermaid Seaside Hotel strictly applies COVID-19 prevention measures to protect the health of our guests and the community. Please see the details below:

■ For guests at the hotel

・ Please wear a face mask and have your temperature checked.

・ Fill in the health declaration form required by the Ministry of Health.

・ Use the hand sanitiser provided in public areas.

・ We sincerely hope for your support, understanding and cooperation during this time.

・ Please inform us immediately before entering the hotel if you suspect that you or someone else shows signs of COVID-19 infection.

・ If you have symptoms such as cough or fever, please contact the nearest staff member.

* These rules may be updated according to guidance from local authorities, relevant agencies and the Government of Vietnam.

■ In the hotel's public areas

・ Hand-sanitising stations

Hand-sanitising stations are installed at the hotel entrance, the restaurant and banquet hall entrances and the toilets

・ Disinfection inside the hotel

Handles, doors, lift buttons, toilet doors… are disinfected regularly throughout the day.

The disinfectant meets Ministry of Health standards and is effective for 1 hour.

・ Temperature checks when entering and leaving the hotel

We check guests' temperature before they enter the hotel and areas such as the banquet hall and restaurant.
