PHOTO CONTEST: BEAUTIFUL MOMENTS WITH MERMAID SEASIDE

✨Write about your feelings and post the photo you think is most beautiful from your stay at Mermaid Seaside Hotel with family and friends to win attractive prizes.

1. Time: from 01/12 to 30/12/2020.

2. Who can enter:

- All guests who have used or are using Mermaid Seaside's services

3. How to enter:

Taking part is easy, in 3 steps:

- Step 1: Like the Mermaid Seaside fanpage (https://www.facebook.com/MermaidSeasideHotel)

- Step 2: Share a few lines about your impressions of the trip and post 1 photo you took at the hotel on your personal Facebook page, checking in at Mermaid Seaside (about 100 words)

- Step 3: The best posts and photos will be collected by the organisers into an album published on the fanpage every Friday during the contest. In the contest album, entrants can invite friends and family to vote for their photo and post. Only interactions in the contest album on the Mermaid Seaside fanpage count.

* Note: There is no limit to the number of entries; each guest may submit several entries.

4. Judging criteria:

- Photos are judged on creativity, photographic quality (colour, light, composition, focus...) and the emotion conveyed in each photo and text.

- Comments: priority is given to meaningful, personal sharing.

5. Scoring:

70% from the jury of Mermaid Seaside Hotel representatives. 30% from fanpage votes, converted publicly as follows:

E.g.: 50 likes = 1 point

6. Prizes:

✅ First prize: a voucher worth 2,000,000 VND – "One free weekday night + dinner for two"

✅ Second prize: a 30% discount voucher + dinner for two

✅ Third prize: a 30% discount voucher

✅ Consolation prizes: a 10% discount voucher

7. Expected announcement of results: 30/12/2020

- Results will be announced on the fanpage and the hotel website.

8. Rules for entries:

- Entries must be photos taken by the guests themselves.

- The organisers may use winning entries in promotional material for the contest or the hotel's communications without paying royalties.

- Entrants are responsible for the ownership/right to use their photos. If the same photo is entered under two names and the owner cannot be determined, the organisers will remove all identical entries. The organisers accept no responsibility for disputes over ownership or copyright of entries.

- The organisers have full discretion to decide whether an entry meets the standards and rules of the contest.

9. Receiving prizes

- Results will be published on the Mermaid Seaside fanpage after the contest ends.

- Within 7 days of the announcement, the organisers will contact the winners.

- If the organisers cannot reach a winner after this period, the prize may be cancelled.

- Prize procedure:

+ The organisers will contact winners by comment or message on their personal page and announce when to collect the prize.

- If any issue arises before, during or after the contest that is not covered by these rules, the organisers reserve the right to decide how to handle it.
